Starting life in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, and now rooted in the heart of North Devon, years have been spent building relationships with the incredible makers and growers across our local community — but our search doesn't stop there. We source directly from small-scale producers right across the UK, always guided by word of mouth and trusted recommendations within a community that shares our values. We visit producers, ask questions, taste everything, and only bring a product to the larder when we genuinely believe in it. Shopping local means something different to us, it means knowing the hands that made what you're buying, whether that's a mile away or the other end of the country.
